It gives me immense pleasure to be elected as Secretary for the period 2009-10. I convey my sincere thanks to all of you for giving me a chance to do the job. I assure you, I will do my level best to keep the flag fly high.
I take this opportunity to congratulate the team of 2008-09 for their glorious performance under the leadership of Rtn.PP.Er.ThejRaj Mallar. I hope that we will get their whole hearted support and co-operation during our period also.
