A Charitable Trust under the control and guidance of Rotary Club of Payyanur was formed in June 2004, when Rtn.PHF.V.Sivadasan Nayanar was President of the Club.

The Trust aims to help the mother club to provide humanitarian service to the society. It also aims to help the club for the fruitful implementation of the Four Avenue of Service sunch as club service, Vocational Service, Community Service and International Service.

Members of Rotary Club of Payyanur are eligible to become Members of the Trust. Membership fee is rs. 500/-. A nine member Executive committee is the Governing Body of the Trust. Chairman, Vice Chairman, Managing Trustee, Treasurer are the office bearers.

President of the club will become the Chairman of the Trust. And the President elelct will be become one of the Executive committee members.

All the other seven Executive committee Members are elected from the General Body Meeting. The term of the Executive Committee is two years.

According to the by-law one General Body Meeting should be conducted every years and the Managing Trustee should present the Report of activities of the current year in the General body. Audited accounts of the year also should be presented by the Treasurer.

All the properties of the club are under the control of the Trust. At present our club has a building of its own, where the weekly meetings are held. Our centennial building is under contribtion.

Rtn.Major Donor Dr.Santhosh Sreedhar is the Present Chairman of the Trust. The other office bearers are Rtn.Adv.M.M.Anto (Vice Chairman) Rtn.T.T.V.Raghavan Master (Mg.Trustee), Rtn.PHF.M.O.Jose Kumar (Treasurer).

At present, the assets of the Trust, including the Bank balance, is more than forty lakh.
